CONDITIONS OF ENTRY- Office Choice Promotion

1. Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.

2. The promotion period begins on 1^st May, 2012 12.00am and ends at 11.59pm AEST 7^th October, 2012.

3. Entry is open to Australian residence 18 years and over.

4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and Office Choice Stores and its Agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

5. To enter. Either make a qualifying spend of $100 or more in 1 transaction during the promotional period at a participating Office Choice Store. Simply go to win.officechoice.com.au and complete your entry. Participants who make a qualifying purchase will need to enter their invoice or receipt number and total invoice/receipt or statement month then amount. Customers can also receive an additional entry by using the unique number on the competition card. There is a limit of 1 entry per unique number.

All other entrants must complete their entry details and include the promotional code. There is a limit of 1 entry per person per promotional code using this procedure. Using the promotional code procedure entrants will have the chance of receiving additional entries.

You can also receive an additional entry into the competition for every friend you refer when the referred friend takes up the option to enter the competition.

There are 5 monthly prize draws consisting of 1 x $5,000 prize to be awarded in the form of cheques. There is also a weekly prize draw of 5 x $100 EFTPOS cards (23 weeks) during the promotional period. Total prize value is $36,500.00.

6. All draws will take place at Office Choice Level 4, 492 St.Kilda Road, Melbourne, 3004 at 10.00 am. Winners will be advised via email and in writing and monthly winners will have their name published in The Australian Newspaper on the dates below.

Weekly prize draws will take place each Monday at 10.00am during the promotional period a total of 23 draws with the exception of draw number 6 which will be held on Tuesday 12^th June, 2012.

7. In the event of any prize not being claimed after three months of the draw, the winning entry will be deemed not to fulfil the entry requirements and the promoter may, subject to relevant state authorities and Regulation 10 of the Art Unions and public amusements Regulations 1992 (QLD) conduct further draws as are necessary to distribute the prize. Date of unclaimed prize draw is 29/01/2013. Time and place as the first draw. The winners will be notified in writing and if the prize value is over $100 have their name published in The Australian on 05/02/2013.

8. Entrants’ personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Competition and publicise its winner(s). The personal information of each winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Competition, including the Competition administrator, prize suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities. Entrants consent to have Office Choice Ltd and Office Choice Member stores send them future promotional information, personal details will not be shared with a third party. Entrants may contact the Promoter by post at the address stated in condition 10 to request access to, or correction of, any of their personal information that is held by the Promoter. If an entrant does not provide accurate personal information the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize.

9. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

10. The Promoter is Office Choice Limited, ABN 14 077 437 097, of level 4, 492 St. Kilda Road, Melbourne, VIC, 3004.
